    take Calcium & magnesium 1000mg Three times daily. You have no calcium left in your blood and your body is taking it from your bones. Serious.
    Calcium helps control muscle & nerve function. Make sure that they are gel-caps or liquid, with vitamin D. Do not drink any soda with phosphoric acid (i.e. coke, root beer.)
