Default health update

not sure where to post this, i do not get many responses here, but i will give it a try

i am going to ask for your prayers, last week i was sick and in the house, mon.-thur.
yesterday, i went out, pet smart, earth fare, hair done, dry cleaners
i was so dizzy it was hard to drive
but today i am going to have to do tons of walking, my husband and his dad and granfather, all his uncles graduated from cleamson university, and we are heading there in a little bit for a football game, stadium bleachers give me hell,
i cannot live my life in fear, i have to be present in the real world, no matter how i feel
i am leaning on you guys for support, i have gotten used to isolating AGAIN now i must get out of that

any tips to get me out of this would be greatly appreciated,

Stacey,

do you take anything Homeopathic to help? I have been on a regimen of herbs and vitamins since I was diagnosed 16 years ago.

They really help with fatigue, stomach, energy, and over all feeling
of well being.

Send me a PM if your interested and I will give you a list...

Your in my thoughts and prayers,

-Sean

hi stacey. I think you should also post a thread on the pills forum. Unfortuantely because of the plague of addiction to pills, it gets a tremendous amount of reads due to the subject matter and is where a majority of members generally look. Im sorry I missed your post and I will keep you in my prayers. Lisa

Stacey ... if you don't think about it and get up and go, does it make it any easier? I've found that's the best tip for me.

I will pray for you though ... you help so many people all over this board. I never see this forum ...

love,
Danielle

I now understand why you've not received more replies. (I think anyhow) I suspect that not many members even think to check this forum. When I looked at the numbers....Hep C Forum by far has the fewest topics and fewest replies than any forum on our site.

Anyhow...hope you found your keys, and I hope you feel better soon.

stacey - good news to hear about the tests coming back ok and I will pray the other does as well. You shuld look to get on the Benzo forum, start a thread, and talk to Jana, the administrator there, about titrating off your psych. meds. She is awesome and knows her SHEEET! We're with you every step of the way.

a few days after my original post i recieved the news that the virus has cleared
just hearing the news made me feel better, 2 weeks ago the kids brought home strep throat, i wasted no time getting the entire family to the doctor so we could get on anti-biotics
my husband and my oldest son is doing much better, but my youngest son has bronchitis, he is home from school, and my doc says that i may develope walking pneumonia if i do not get on the right anti-biotics, in a little while i am going to pick up a new one, this will be #3, i do not believe that this is hep related, ofcoarse my immune system sucks, but i think its got more to do with asthma, my youngest son and i have asthma, and stay sick longer than others
oh well, not giving up, i know this will pass, i was unable to goto my home group last night because i am contageous right now, its the 3rd week in a row, but i had so many people call after the meeting, and my husband brought home several cards that people had made for me
