    Default Ambien in drug test?

Does anyone know if ambien shows up as a benzo or a barbituate in a drug test (court appointed)?

    Thanks,
    Tom

    Hi T.

    Someone else asked this recently.

    Google "Z" drugs.

    Good luck.

    Go Sox.

allgood - see my thread on this same question for some info.

i took ambien sporadically (every 2nd or 3d night) up to my monthly drug screen at the Doc's office. i had used it on wed, thurs & sat nites and was tested on the following tuesday. my test was negative - maybe it was out of my system, but i'm thinking it probably does not. ambien is technically not a benzo.
