    Default Shooting Suboxone

For some reason the other week I decided to try shooting a couple of mg's of suboxone to see what would happen. I didnt notice a thing... the problem is now thats the only way I use the suboxone. Ive been disolving about 2-3mgs of sub in water, filtering it through a cotton, and injecting the sticky, sugary, citrusy smelling crap. I dont know why I am doing this, maybe out of bordem? Or maybe Im just addicted to the act of shooting up, which is more likely. I think what Im going to do is start taking the suboxone sublingualy again and just shoot straight water. Has anyone else had this problem with the fasination of needles? Anyone else tried shooting suboxone?

By the way I dont recommend you do this, its most likely dangerous and you WILL NOT GET HIGH.

well first off....I dont think you should be doing what you are doing and you know it too...when i got clean..I threw out all my tools...everything...chuck it all...you wont need it right?...so why the f are you saving it..planning to relapse?....anyway i can understand the getting hooked on the act of injecting...the whole process is something i associated with getting well or high so of course you like it..it was something we did a few times a day..or i did....but you cant do it if you dont have the tools to do it....so do yourself a favor..throw out your werkz, spoons everything....anything to remind you of it and follow the instrux on the sub script....dont do this and we dont want to give people ideas on how to hurt ourselves more....so posting how to with self destructive behavior isnt too good...i think at least..this is a place to get well....if you wanna tell people how to hurt themselves there are lots of active user drug boards too..best to put that up there..

dont mean to give you a hard time but....it just doesnt seem like something that should be explained in detail here..has no real purpose at least here........imho

remember everytime you inject it is a chance for infection etc...so firing water wtf?...dont shoot water or anything....please?...to get better we have to get off the sh1t first...change our addictive behavior, people, places and things...and have a good support system and sponsor..and a backup plan in case we do relapse..
chuck your kit and melt your subs in your mouth under your tongue...end of discussion...sorry to be mean but what are you thinking?...the important part is that you are here and honest about what you are doing...just a little too much info thats all man....try what i did...throw out everything man.....its worked for me...next i go to get checked for hep from injecting..hope i dont have it from injecting.i am worried..plus all the infections, vascular problems, complications etc...caused from injecting.(anything).....so stop doing it since the more you inject,,the more chance you have of getting them...and by not doing it you have a better chance of staying clean too......ccb

that really amazes me you shot the kind with the naltrexone? Did you feel anything and where you dependent on opaites at the time. A person without a habit could in theory get high with siboxone. I would not recomend trying this. Someone may be playing a little joke on us or maybe it was just a made up to get the drug approved

Its common knowledge among opiate users how to inject pills, its not like i let the cat out of the bag charmcity. Yes I did shoot the kind with Nalaxone in it, and no I did not feel anything. I think you would have to be heavily dependant on opiates to have the nalaxone throw you into w/d. Whats happening is the Nalaxone is blocking the opiates like it should, but since Im not currently using there is nothing for me to w/d from, other then the bup i guess, but ive came off bup quite a few times and never felt any w/d effects from it. And yes charmcity I am keeping the needles around in case i do relapse. I like to think that some day I will do opiates again... the only reason I quit now is im being drug tested by the ****ing court system.

why would you want to do this?
#1 you are acting on addict behavior
#2 you are wasting your sub by shooting it.It isn't going to help you by doing this.
#3you aren't ready to quit and your posts are not appropriate IMHO especially because you admit yourself you are only quitting(if thats what ya call it)because you are being tested by the courts. What you have described in your posts here have probably reeked some havoc in someones head.someone hanging on to sobriety by the skin of their teeth.Your not supposed to shoot up sub.

Thanks for the advice girl, however I find shooting sub does actually work for me. My posts are perfectly appropriate, as I am a suboxone user and I am simply talking about MY situation. What difference does it make why im not using as long as im not using, right? Am I suppose to want to quit to better myself? Well sorry I dont want to! I happen to really enjoy opiates and im pissed as hell that I have to quit. I dont see the downside of it really, I have never gotten sick from w/d no matter how heavy I was using... which makes me think alot of the people that post on here are complaining about w/d symptoms a *litle* more then they should. Not to say some dont get sick, but If I can come off an 800mg IV OC habit and feel fine, it should be a walk in the park if all your doing is trying to quit a Hydro habit. I have more w/d effects from quiting smoking weed then anything else... thats what Im having the biggest problem with... my two cents

OSA..if you are still alive....I recommend selling your Suboxone to someone who wants to quit drugs and spend the money on heroin, and stop fooling yourself.

OSA, if there's not a down side to opiate use for you, then why are you in the court system? Just curious!

I have heard stories before of other people who don't get dope sick when they stop taking opiates. So I guess there are a group of people who are just lucky. You should be glad you are one of them, OSA. Don't judge what others might be experiencing with withdrawal...it might end up being bad karma.

OSA, I'm curious too. If life is so rosy, why did you seek out a DETOX forum? I have a feeling you will be in jail soon, so don't expect to hear much from you.
    Enjoy.
