Default over the counter cold-medicine and suboxone

    Hello all.....

I woke up yesterday with what felt like the beginnings of a cold, and this morning I awoke with a sore throat,a lot more achy than usual, runny nose, and a slight fever. [xx(] I was wondering what over the counter cold medicines I can take with my suboxone? Luckily my boss has to go to court for a traffic ticket, so I don't have to work today. Tomorrow I have to be up at 5:45 a.m., and must be functional. I can't miss work tomorrow. If this cold is like any of my other colds, I'm expecting to feel like hammered sh*t. I took some Motrin for my headache and fever, and drank 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. That's all I'm going to take today, but I know I'll need something for tomorrow morning. Generally, I try not to take too much of anything besides Advil/Motrin. I was raised in a family that uses apple cider vinegar to cure everything, so I don't know much about which brand of whatever medicine is best. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

take ALOT of vitamin c (5-8 grams), zinc, and try a herb called echinacea, olive leaf and garlic. i don't think there are any otc cold meds that cannot be taken with sub.. i am battling a respiratory infection right now too. i started all of these things yesterday and already feel better. stay hydrated!

Thanks. I actually have some echinacea, and started taking that this morning. I've slept all afternoon, but I still feel icky. I'm on my way to the store, so I'll grab these and some ZICAM. My grandma said that should help me out a lot too. Eh, I really don't need a cold right now.[xx(]
