Well, we went to LA and our passports should be here by 3pm today. I will go pick them up. My son and I were able to have a nice dinner and a nice talk. I know that he is nervous and so am I. He seems to think that getting high (whether it's drugs, alcohol, etc) is just a part of life. Like everyone needs to get high on their DOC at various times in order to release stress, relax, etc. I am hoping that this is just the drug thinking. He seems to think that EVERYONE uses something at one time or another. Anyway, it worries me a bit.

I am a bit worried about staying in Mexico by myself so I am trying to get a few friends to go along with me. I may have to make several overnight trips down there instead of the entire 10 day stay. Will update as soon as I have passports in hand.
