The only way around withdrawals is straight thru it!!!!!! How many years did we keep using just to avoid being sick for one week??????? These are quotes that I like to say to myself alot. Its a b%$ch going thru w/d's. Time stops. Your senses like taste, smell, and other things come alive to the point of discomfort. I have been weening down and even then I'm depressed and wishing I had just stuck with the CT cause I would have been past this by now. I made it to day 3 last time and I was well on my way to day 4 but a friend who I am know considering to eliminate from my friends list called and asked WHY???? I hadn't called him in a week. I told him I was on day 3 of quitting and he told me to get to his house fast so he could make me well for free. In the condition I was in I couldn't resist. It was a scary drive to his house cause I felt so out of it.

It might be a good idea to turn off your phone if you have AKA friends who check up on you. I havent been able to get that initial desire to go CT since then. From what I have heard day 3 is the peak. You may either stay at day 3 discomfort for a day or two or you may start to feel better after day 3. Sometimes we make the w/d's seem like they are going to be worse then they will be but from my experience I never know how bad it will be till I get there.

Weening down like I have been telling myself will work has been having mixed results. Right now I am powering through some light w/d's but its been way too easy to cheat my plan so keep up with the way you are doing it. It wont last forever and it sure as heck wont last as long as weening down. Even weening down brings discomfort!!!!!!!!
